Project Manager

Based in Deal, Kent, Easy Days is a creative Design and E-commerce agency working with some of the UK’s most interesting brands and influencers.

A comprehensive full service agency based on 4 key elements: Design, Production, E-commerce and Distribution, we are capable of delivering end to end creative and logistical solutions all under one roof.

We are looking for a super organised and highly reliable person to join our growing team in the creative studio. You will be working closely with the Creative Director to ensure the smooth running of the design studio and the delivery of projects on time and on budget.

This is an exciting opportunity for a keen, focused creative thinker looking to learn and develop within a small but fast growing business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working closely alongside the Creative Director to support them in the successful delivery of all design and production aspects of the agency.
• Monitoring deadlines, scheduling workloads and ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
• Liaising closely with clients to keep them informed of project status.
• Liaising with production suppliers to ensure the smooth running of production.
• Coordinating meetings and booking online meetings.
• Assisting with the implementation of design work across merchandise and the digital world.

YOU MUST

• Have some experience working in a small creative environment.
• Be comfortable working in a small but growing business.
• Be flexible and adaptable to the ever-changing needs of our clients.
• Genuinely be a ‘people person’ with great communication skills, whether with colleagues or clients.
• Have the ability to organise and prioritise your workload using project management software.
• Be able to multitask using effective time management skills.
• Be able to use your initiative and work calmly under pressure.
• Be digital savvy and have strong experience of the Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Be demonstrably passionate about design and creative culture.

This role is studio based, 4 days per week, Monday to Friday and with a degree of flexibility around days and hours for the right candidate.

Salary 26-32k PA pro rata dependent on experience.
