It was a pleasure to work with the amazing Lazy Oaf on an exhibition to celebrate their 15th birthday. With our knowledge of organising shows, and reputation for unusual and unique, but formal art shows, they approached Easy Days to help curate and organise it.
We worked with Oaf's founder Gemma Shiel on ideas for the exhibition, before project-managing the show to a tight deadline and budget - even getting Camden Town Brewery on-board to provide beers for the opening!
Visitors were welcomed into Protein's Shoreditch studio via a HUGE four by five metre inflatable pink mouth, which proved a huge hit with passers-by and on social media. A series of sculptures then followed in the space, which resonated with Lazy Oaf’s bright, fun, cheeky and colourful work.
